Special issue proposal:

New trends in computational mathematics and their applications

Mathematical modeling is the art of translating problems from an application area into tractable mathematical formulations whose theoretical and numerical analysis provides insight, answers, and guidance useful for originating application.

The 6th International Congress of the Moroccan Society of Applied Mathematics (SM2A 2019) will be held in Beni Mellal, Morocco, on 7th-9th November 2019. It will highlight the new advances and research results in the fields of Computational Applied Mathematics, including, but not limited to the broad topics of Operations Research, Numerical Analysis, Computational Fluid Mechanics, Soft Computing, Cryptology & Security Analysis, Image Processing, etc. This international congress aims to bring together academicians, researchers and scientists for knowledge sharing in Mathematical Sciences, computing and Statistics areas. There will be two different parts for the conference:

  • Plenary Talks,
  • Invited Talks,
  • Research Paper Presentations.
  •

The focus of this special issue will be on presenting the latest developments in computational mathematics and their applications and to  publish some selected high quality and peer-reviewed papers from this conference. Our interested topics are enumerated in the below :

    • Control theory,
    • Ordinary, partial and delay differential equations,
    • Fractional calculus and applications,
    • Computational nonlinear dynamics,
    • Computational fluids mechanics,
    • Numerical methods and scientific programming.
