Choosing the best location in the hospital by MADM strategy using the energy of a rough neutrosophic matrix

Abstract

A potent tool for dealing with indeterminacy may be created by combining Neutrosophic set theory with Rough set theory. When we employ the idea of matrix energy, neutrosophic matrices assist decision-makers in dealing with multi-attribute decision-making by giving them more valuable and practical information. In this research, we proposed that in multi-attribute decision making issues, the energy of the Rough Neutrosophic Matrix (RNM) was employed. The challenge is deciding on the finest hospital in the local area. An effective solution to the MADM problem will be obtained by using the energy technique.
