Asymptotic properties of second order differential equations with delay

Abstract

The authors continue their investigation of the limit-point and limit-circle properties of solutions of delay differential equations. This is based on study of these properties for linear ordinary (non-delay) differential equations initiated by Hermann Weyl one hundred years ago.
