Mathematical analysis of a Navier slip on entropy generation
- The aim of this paper is to discuss over the combined effect of Navier slip of entropy generation in a porous channel with suction/ injection with a steady flow of an incompressible viscous fluid exposed to non-uniform temperature at the walls. The model non-linear ordinary differential equations are solved analytically. The analytical expressions of both the velocity and temperature profiles are used to work out the entropy generation number and Bejan number. The graphical representations of temperature, velocity, entropy generation rate, Bejan number are also presented and discussed quantitatively.
