Abstract

In this paper we proposed a HIV infection dynamics. The analytical solution is obtained using homotopy perturbation method (HPM). We used MATLAB computer software package to obtain the graphical profiles and numerical solutions of all compartments while varying some salient parameters. The approximate solution was used to present the model graphically, which gives us the better understanding of the infectious disease dynamics in error estimates. The use of HPM had enabled us to get the approximate analytical solution of the each compartment of the model. Analytical results are compared with simulation results and satisfactory agreement is noted.
