Abstract

This paper is written with a purpose of obtaining an approximate analytical solution to a system of non-linear ordinary differential equation involving non-Michaelis–Menten parameters. Approximate analytical expressions have been derived for the substrate concentration, enzyme substrate concentration, enzyme concentration and product concentration using the new approach to Homotopy perturbation method. The effect of the various parameters on the concentrations is also discussed.
