Abstract

The intension of this paper is to explore the food grain storage structures by implementing a proposed method for multi-criteria decision making problem under intuitionistic fuzzy environment. The intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is used to determine the weight vectors for criteria. The intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator and score function is utilized in the proposed algorithm to interpret and rank the alternatives. In the food supply chain, especially for human consumption at the stage of storage the traders need proper grain storage structure for commercial development. By utilizing the idea of intuitionistic fuzzy entropy the food grain storage structures are evaluated in this paper.
