Construction of new iterative methods with fifth-order convergence for solving non-linear equations by using previous iterative methods

Abstract

In this paper, construction of new iterative methods for solving non-linear equations is done. It is shown by way of illustration that existing fourth-order methods can be employed to construct new fifth-order iterative methods. Several numerical examples are given to illustrate the efficiency and performance of some of the resented methods.
