Nonlinear periodic-type conditions for a second order ODE
Abstract
We study a general semilinear ordinary second order equation under periodic-type boundary conditions. By a shooting-type argument based in the unique solvability of the Dirichlet problem we obtain periodic solutions. Moreover, we apply a Leray-Schauder argument in order to find solutions satisfying a more general boundary condition.
