Optimizing and analyzing the efficacy of the diet plans using minimal soft pre-rough sets
Abstract
In this study, investigates the use of minimum soft pre-rough sets in diet analysis for weight loss , demonstrating the method's potential for a range of practical issues. To apply this approach to three distinct diets and examine how they affected weight reduction in various age groups, an algorithm was developed. By categorizing age and weight, the study provides a comparative analysis and attribute ranking system was created to evaluate the efficacy of various diets. Difficulties include inadequate understanding of nutrition and irregular follow-through with diet regimens impact the overall efficacy. The findings imply that raising diet compliance and providing better nutrition education may increase these dietary regimens' efficacy.
