Abstract

In this paper, we deal with a perturbed second order nonconvex sweeping process for a class of subsmooth moving sets which depends jointly on time, state and velocity. The perturbation is supposed to be a Carath´eodory single-valued mapping. We study the existence of solution, establish some topological properties of the attainable set and deduce existence of solution to a time optimality
problem.
