Digital literacy not only helps in getting education, management of various facilities, etc., but also reduces the economic corruption. The objective of our work is to analyze the role of government efforts in providing the digital education to the population in any considered region by formulating a mathematical model. Here, in formulating the model, we assume that government aware the population regarding the benefits of the digital education and the individuals of digital literate class help the individuals of illiterate and aware class to become digitally literate. It is also assumed that government made the efforts at a rate proportional to the digitally illiterate individuals with a decreasing function of digitally literate individuals. The formulated model is qualitatively analyze and it is shown that efforts made by the government to digitally literate the population has the substantial impact.
